With more than 15 years of teaching experience and 8 years as a studio owner in Arlington, Texas, Ashleigh Persons has dedicated her career to inspiring young dancers and helping them discover the joy of movement.

Throughout her career, Ashleigh has trained hundreds of students, directed multiple competition teams, and choreographed award-winning routines.

Her experience spans all ages, from Mommy & Me classes through adult dancers, with a special passion for working with children ages 2-12.

Ashleigh believes dance is about more than steps and technique. She is passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where dancers build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and discover a lifelong love of dance. Her greatest joy is watching students grow year after year, cultivating each child's unique strengths while building genuine relationships with both dancers and their families.

She is thrilled to bring Relevé to The Refinery and looks forward to helping dancers of all ages rise, grow and shine.
