TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using The Refinery Facility's services, making a payment, or completing a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Monthly Tuition & Recurring Payments
Tuition is billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged on the 1st of each month for the amount agreed upon at enrollment. By completing your purchase, you authorize The Refinery Facility to charge your payment method automatically each month until your enrollment is canceled.

Tuition Rates
Your monthly tuition amount will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment. The Refinery Facility reserves the right to adjust tuition rates with a minimum of 30 days written notice provided via email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All monthly tuition payments are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date by emailing info@therefineryfacility.com.

Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will be notified via email and given the opportunity to update your payment method. Access to classes may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Room Bookings
By booking a room at The Refinery Facility, you agree to the following terms. All bookings are also subject to The Refinery Facility's full rental agreement, which must be reviewed and signed prior to your booking being confirmed.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking time by emailing info@therefineryfacility.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Use of Space
Rooms must be used for their intended and agreed-upon purpose only. Any use outside of what is stated in your rental agreement is prohibited.

Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property occurring during their booking window. The Refinery Facility reserves the right to charge the renter's payment method on file for any damages incurred.

Occupancy
All renters must comply with posted capacity limits for each space. Exceeding occupancy limits is grounds for immediate termination of the booking without refund.
​
Governing Agreement
These terms are supplemental to The Refinery Facility's full rental contract. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the signed rental contract will govern.
